We have been crossing the Solent all the way through the Coronavirus pandemic, so you can rest assured that we are well versed in the latest safety measures recommended by the Government and we’ve put in lots of steps to keep you safe in our ports and at sea.
What you need to know
You are required by law to wear a face covering when using our services. Some exemptions apply for children and individuals with health conditions.
- Advance bookings are mandatory for vehicles and foot passengers.
- Please respect social distancing guidelines whenever you can.
- On our vehicle ferries you will need to get out of your vehicle and travel in our spacious passenger lounges during the crossings.
- Takeaway cafés at our Gunwharf, Fishbourne, Lymington, Yarmouth and Portsmouth Harbour ports are now open, as are the cafés on board our car ferries.
- You should not travel if you are experiencing coronavirus symptoms or self-isolating.
