You’ll probably have a Wightlink account if you’ve booked with us before.
If you can’t get in:
- Your password may have expired, enter your e-mail address and click the link underneath to set a new one.
- Did you register with another e-mail address? You can update it to your new one once you’re in.
- You can log in with your Customer ID if you know it – it’ll be on previous tickets, passes or e-tickets. If you’re a MyLink member you’ll find it on your card too.
- If you have the same e-mail address on multiple accounts with us you’ll need to contact us to get the accounts merged/corrected.
