Attraction tickets
Attraction admission tickets must be booked on-line and can only be purchased in conjunction with a foot passenger or vehicle booking from the Mainland. Attraction tickets are non-refundable and are valid for one visit during your stay on the Isle of Wight, from your outward journey until your return journey. Printed voucher or paper tickets (if collected at the ticket office) must be handed in to gain entry to the attraction. Additional charges (payable on admission) may apply to access special events and certain rides or activities. Standard terms and conditions of entry apply; please refer to the attraction for details.

How can I book extras like tickets for Isle of Wight attractions?
Extras such as tickets to Isle of Wight attractions can only be purchased when booking ferry travel online, You’ll be automatically offered the opportunity to add extras on Step 3 of the booking process when your outward journey starts from the mainland
How will I receive my attraction tickets?
You’ll receive an email confirmation with an e-ticket attached. You will need to print all pages of the e-ticket and bring it with you to the Terminal and present it at the attraction you’ve booked.
What if I can’t print my ticket?
If you can’t print your ticket, please make a note of the booking reference number and bring it with you to the terminal. Extras such as Attraction Tickets must to be printed and handed in to the attraction to gain entry. If a friend or relative can’t print your ticket for you then please allow extra check-in time to have it printed at the ticket office.
What do I need to give the attraction to get in?
When you arrive at your chosen attraction, simply hand in your printed voucher or paper ticket (if collected at the ticket office) to gain entry.

What can I do if I lose my ticket?
If you are using an e-ticket you may reprint your ticket from the confirmation email or from our website, provided the original has not been used.
Please contact our Wightlink Call Centre on 0333 999 7333 as soon as possible before travelling to report any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets.
